Cancellation policy

The Bed and Breakfast requires a minimum of three days notice when cancelling a reservation. Failure to give proper notice will result in the first nights fees being charged to the client. The same policy applies to both the Cottage and the Single Family Home except that we require a week's notice for cancellation on those properties.
